Coaching Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will results in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the full session rate.

Appointments that are missed without prior cancellation will result in a “no show” fee that is equal to the full session rate.

How to Cancel Your Appointment:

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment by logging into the client portal.

If you are cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will need to send an email to megan@religiousharmrecovery.com.

If I must cancel a session for any reason, I will do my best to provide you with at least 1 week notice. I will also make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you and as close to the original session date as possible.

Exceptions for Late Cancellations:

I recognize that emergencies and same day illnesses do occur; therefore, I allow for one Emergency Cancellation per quarter, meaning, if you cancel in less than 48 hours, the late cancellation fee will be waived one time per quarter.

Quarter 1: January – March

Quarter 2: April – June

Quarter 3: July – September

Quarter 4: October – December

Logging in Late for a Session:

If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you do not log on within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, and I have not heard from you, I will log out of the session and will mark your session as a “no show.” The full session rate applies to “no shows.”

However, if you believe your missed session qualifies as an emergency, please communicate this as soon as possible so we can apply your emergency waiver if available.

Frequent Cancellations:

If you are needing to frequently cancel and change your appointment day and time, we may approach this a couple different ways.

  • If you have a standing appointment day/time, I may transition you to scheduling “week to week” — meaning, we schedule the next appointment at the end of each session rather than having a standing day/time.
  • If we already schedule week to week or you typically schedule as needed through the portal, I may transition you to “week of” scheduling — meaning, you may log into the portal to schedule an appointment for that same week, but appointments requested further out will not be approved.

This cancellation policy applies to all one-on-one coaching sessions with Megan Von Fricken.
