About the content

Two times a week, I send out a newsletter specifically written for folks recovering from religious indoctrination.

  • On Mondays, subscribers receive A Note From Megan.
  • On Fridays, subscribers receive the Religious Harm Recovery Digest.
  • A Note from Megan:
A personal newsletter where I share stories, reflections, and lessons from my own recovery journey after high-control religion.
  • The Religious Harm Recovery Digest:
An educational newsletter exploring topics like religious trauma, purity culture, and childhood indoctrination.

Every other week, both A Note From Megan and The RHR Digest are behind a subscriber-only paywall.
(Alternating weeks remain free for all.)

How to get started

Step 2: Pick a pricing option

My goal is to make recovery resources as accessible as possible for folks recovering from religious harm.

That’s why there are a few different pricing options, allowing you to choose the level of financial commitment that feels right for you.

Each option includes the same full access and benefits.

Step 3: Keep an eye on your inbox

Once you’ve signed up using one of the pricing options above, be sure to hang on to your log-in info, which will arrive in a confirmation email.

(You’ll need to be logged-in to access the archive and your weekly subscriber-only content.)
